1. Acceptance of Terms

11. Account Suspension and Termination

au9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false or misleading information; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification (KYC); or prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach by the player, any remaining balance may be withheld at au9's discretion pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by au9 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time.
